Kevin plays an integral role at Resource Transition Consultants with his focused experience on real estate deal structuring and sales. Kevin has over 25 years of experience in the area of debtor-creditor, commercial litigation and corporate financial matters. Kevin's legal emphasis was in the areas of receiverships, bankruptcy, reorganization, real estate and other secured transactions involving defaults, workouts and related litigation. In 2005, he went in-house as the acquisition and sales director of one of the largest residential developers in Washington State. In that capacity, he was in charge of negotiating complex acquisition contracts and the sale of developed properties to national home building companies as well as overseeing disputes and litigation associated with the real estate transactions.

In 2008, Kevin formed RTC to work with debtors and with banks to analyze and value their troubled assets and evaluate the best technique to liquidate assets. The system developed by RTC for liquidating troubled assets resulted in the sale of over $30 million of troubled assets in 2009, one of the most challenging years in recent history for the sale of real property.

Kevin was awarded his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration in 1981 from the University of Washington. Subsequently, he earned his Juris Doctor degree cum laude from the University of Puget Sound in 1986. Kevin is currently a member of the Washington State Bar Association and a member of the Creditor/Debtor section.
